This was the first-round game of the 2021/22 U18 state's regional tournament ("Rheinland-Meisterschaften"). This year, because of COVID, it was held as a mini playoff. In this first round, the respective top seeds of the Trier and Koblenz regions faced off against the second seeds. The results were:

(Top seed Trier) MJC-Trier vs Koblenz Hochstein 104 : 54
Trier and Koblenz then faced off two hours later in the tournament's final, but both teams will advance to the state championships, the final four tournament (Rheinland-Pflaz Meisterschaft), on 2/27/2022.
Scoring note: 1) Steals: Roman Porr forced two jumpballs; by arrow one went to Hochstein, the other to Trier, which I scored as a steal. 2) The long video (complete game) lists points incorrectly as 23 points, it should be 21.

The opponent was previously undefeated and the #1 team in the Men A-Class, featuring many experienced older players. 15 year old Roman Porr scored 35 points (more than half of the team's total) and hit 8/11 3-Point shots, contributed strongly to this win.
